About AcquiOS

Built for people who've done deals.

AcquiOS is the AI-powered acquisitions operating system for commercial real estate, private equity, and M&A teams. We eliminate the manual work that consumes deal teams so you can focus on the judgment calls that actually matter.

The Team

We're a team of founders, operators, and engineers who have built at the intersection of real money and real technology: from Google's revenue infrastructure to billion-dollar acquisitions platforms to the AI systems that will define the next era of deal-making.

David Fields
David Fields
Co-Founder & CEO
David spent nearly a decade closing over $10 billion in transactions across Regent Properties, Disney M&A, and Tornante (Michael Eisner's family office), where he served as Head of Investments. A Harvard Economics graduate (2004), David writes and speaks on why the vast majority of CRE firms still don't use AI to evaluate acquisition targets, what that gap costs them, and how AI is changing financial analysis for the long-term.
Eytan Elbaz
Eytan Elbaz
Co-Founder & CSO
Eytan co-created Google AdSense at Applied Semantics/Oingo, which Google acquired for $102 million in 2003. As Head of Google's Domain Channel, he grew the business from $13 million to $600 million annually. He then co-founded Scopely, the mobile gaming company acquired for $4.9 billion by Savvy Games. A UCLA Computer Science graduate (1995), Eytan is a 4x founder and 62x seed investor, named Top 100 Seed Investor worldwide by Business Insider, with early bets on Oculus Rift, Anduril, and the Climate Corporation.
Dan Rahmel
Dan Rahmel
Co-Founder & CTO
Dan brings deep enterprise AI infrastructure experience from his time as an AI/ML Engineer at Intuit and Demand Media. His technical range spans machine learning, data science, and enterprise systems architecture, backed by multiple professional certifications and a Scrum Master credential. He is the author of Beginning Joomla (APress) and has spent his career building the kind of robust, scalable systems that enterprise deal teams can rely on in production.

Why We Built AcquiOS

Every acquisitions professional knows the feeling: an OM hits your inbox at 7am, the IC meeting is in four days, and before you can form a view on whether the deal is worth pursuing, you're already buried in spreadsheet mechanics. Rebuilding rent roll tabs. Pulling comp sets by hand. Checking whether the broker's cap rate assumption holds in the current market. Hours of work before you've had a single real conversation about the deal.

David Fields spent nearly a decade in acquisitions at Regent Properties, Disney M&A, and as Head of Investments at Tornante (Michael Eisner's family office), closing more than $10 billion in transactions. The pattern was the same everywhere: roughly 80% of the work on any given deal was reproducible, mechanical, and ultimately should not have required a senior person's time. The 20% that demanded real judgment, reading a market, stress-testing an operator's thesis, deciding when a deal is structurally broken, was perpetually crowded out by the 80%.

AcquiOS exists to fix that ratio. We built an operating system that takes an OM or CIM from raw document to underwritten model, validated assumptions, and IC-ready memo, in the time it used to take just to rebuild the template. From OM to offer, from CIM to close.

AcquiOS Today

Founded in 2024 and based in Los Angeles, AcquiOS is a product of ReadyAI, a company built on the conviction that artificial intelligence should eliminate drudgery from knowledge work, not add complexity to it. The platform serves commercial real estate acquisition teams, private equity firms, and corporate M&A groups that process high volumes of deals and need to move faster without sacrificing analytical rigor.

AcquiOS automates the full front-end of the deal process: ingesting OMs and CIMs, populating underwriting models in your own Excel templates, validating seller assumptions against live market data, screening for conflicts and related-party exposure, verifying rent comps, scoring and prioritizing pipeline, generating risk assessments, and producing investment committee memos and decks. Deal teams using AcquiOS don't just move faster. They move with a discipline and consistency that manual processes can't match at scale.
