Growth is month-to-month with no minimum. Enterprise and Enterprise Cloud require a 12-month annual commitment, which auto-renews unless either party gives 60 days written notice.
Overages are billed monthly in arrears. Growth: $500 per 10-deal block, $250 per 50-doc block. Enterprise tiers: $1,800 per 100-deal block, $750 per 250-doc block. AI analysis runs overage at $2/run across all plans.
You do. All customer data remains your property. Data is segregated by default and never used for cross-client model training. De-identified analytics are used to improve platform performance per the Enterprise Agreement.
All plans include custom Excel model template setup, investment memo output configuration, knowledge base initialization (up to 25 deals for Growth, up to 100 deals for Enterprise), and team training, at no additional cost.
AcquiOS is currently in the SOC 2 Type II monitoring period, with certification expected in H1 2026. Enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and incident response are in place today. Private cloud deployment is available for teams with stricter data residency requirements.
Yes. Growth is designed as the full platform at a volume suited for smaller teams. As deal flow scales, upgrading to Enterprise unlocks higher volume limits, additional templates, lease anomaly detection, IC deck generation, priority support, and enterprise add-ons.
No — AcquiOS handles the full acquisition workflow from deal intake through memo, while ARGUS focuses on detailed asset-level modeling after you've decided to proceed. Many teams run both: AcquiOS for screening and pipeline velocity, ARGUS for deep hold-period modeling on finalists.
