Thank you for your interest in AcquiOS, operated by ReadyAI. These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Afterparty, Inc. governing your use of the AcquiOS website, applications, products, and services.
You must be 18 years of age or older, not located in a U.S. embargoed country, not previously suspended from the Service, and not otherwise barred from using the Service under applicable law.
To access our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Contact support@readyai.ai if you believe your account is compromised.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you have a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Third Party Services are at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
By transmitting Input through the Services, you grant Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and create derivative works for providing Services, developing and training AI/ML models, and generating Analytics Data.
You are solely responsible for all Content. Unless you have an Enterprise or Managed account, you must not provide confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information through the Services. Content provided will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You own your Input subject to Company's rights. Company owns all rights in its Services, Outputs, and the underlying Acquios/ReadyAI Technology. Trademarks including Acquios and ReadyAI are Company property.
You may not use Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including: violating laws or third-party rights, processing private information, training competing systems, reverse engineering, or interfering with Services.

These Terms take effect when you first use the Services. You may terminate by discontinuing use and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for any reason.
You will indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising from your access to or use of the Services, any Content, or your violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs may not be accurate, complete, or reliable.
Company will not be liable for incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid for Services or $100 if no payment obligations exist.
Disputes will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration before JAMS in Los Angeles, California. No class or representative actions are allowed. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@readyai.ai.
